Dr Laura Beaumont
Dentist - GDC Number - 235984
Prior to setting out on her dental career, Laura received a bachelor’s degree in Genetics from the University of Sheffield. During these years of study, she qualified and worked as a dental nurse, an experience that certainly helped inspire her to pursue a career in dentistry. In 2017 she completed her degree in Dental Surgery from King’s College London, graduating with two prizes.
She has continued to develop her skillset since graduating in order to provide more comprehensive treatment options for her patients. Invisalign, Six Month Smiles braces and Enlighten whitening in particular allow me to adopt a minimally invasive approach to improving smiles.
Creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere is something Laura tries to achieve, allowing otherwise nervous patients and children to feel at ease during treatment. She also feels that honest and transparent communication with my patients is essential, allowing them to decide which courses of treatment best meet their needs. Away from the surgery Laura is a keen dancer taking part in as many dance classes as possible. She also enjoys sketching and walks in the countryside.
